Refund policy

To request a return, contact us at customerservice@rucoline.it providing your name, order number and reason for the return (within 14 working days from the day you received the package). No shipping fees apply for returns from Italy. For international customers instead, return shipping is at the customer's expense. For customers outside the EU, customs duties may apply which are not included and will therefore be deducted from the total refund amount.
