The Rucoline headquarters is a 19th-century tobacco factory and part of the Mugnano collective enterprise, a lovely village on the outskirts of Perugia in the green Umbria region. Marco and Daniela renovated and restored the building's architecture while respecting its original structure.

Rucoline develops all its ideas at its headquarters in Mugnano. The carefully placed “R” on every shoe we produce is far more than just a simple brand mark: it symbolizes a long, demanding production process that we never take for granted. The “R” means that that particular model is perfect in every part, created and manufactured with extreme care for every single detail. This is true today as it was thirty years ago: it embodies the meeting point between creativity, style, and high quality.
Those working at Rucoline today have the same enthusiasm for taking on challenges as those who created the jersey shoe, which was the first step toward building an original style that has spread across the globe.
