The Rucoline headquarters is a former tobacco factory from the 19th century and is part of the collective enterprise of Mugnano, a delightful village on the outskirts of Perugia, in the green Umbria. Marco and Daniela have renovated and restored the architecture of the building while respecting the original structure.

Rucoline develops all its ideas at its headquarters in Mugnano. The “R” carefully placed on every shoe we produce is much more than just a trademark: it symbolizes a long and demanding work process, which we never take for granted. The “R” means that that particular model is perfect in every part, created and produced with extreme care in every single detail. This is as true today as it was thirty years ago: it embodies the meeting point between creativity, style and high quality.
Those who work at Rucoline today have the same enthusiasm in facing challenges as those who created the jersey shoe that was the first step towards the creation of an original style that has spread throughout the world.
