The Seller may refuse to process purchases if there are insufficient guarantees of solvency, when orders are incomplete or incorrect, or the products are no longer available. WARRANTIES AND INDICATION OF PRODUCT PRICES

www.rucoline.com offers only products with the "Rucoline" brand purchased directly from the Seller by Rucoline Srl - with registered office in Mugnano (PG), Via Rapallo, 32 - 06132 Italy - and/or from their authorized manufacturers.

The Seller does not sell used, defective or lower quality products compared to the corresponding market standards.

The main characteristics of the products are shown on www.rucoline.com on each product page. The images and colors of the products offered for sale on www.rucoline.com may not correspond exactly to the real products, due to the internet browser or monitor used.

Prices are subject to change. Please check the final sale price before submitting the relevant order form.

Orders received from countries other than those selected for shipping or to addresses to which the Seller cannot ship cannot be accepted.

All products sold by www.rucoline.com are provided with an identification label attached with a disposable seal. Please do not remove the label and the seal, which are an integral part of the purchased products.

If you exercise your right to return products, the Seller may refuse to accept damaged products, products without the label or products that have been altered in their main characteristics or quality.

PAYMENT

Payment for product prices and related shipping and delivery costs must be made using one of the procedures indicated in the order form.

If you choose to pay by credit card, all financial information (credit/debit card number, expiration date, etc.) is forwarded to an external payment service provider (Shopify Payments) which, with its encryption protocol, guarantees the security of online transactions. Your financial information will never be used by the Seller except to carry out the procedure relating to your purchase or issue refunds in the case of returns in accordance with the exercise of your right of return or to report cases of fraud on www.rucoline.com to the police. The price for the purchase of the products and the shipping and delivery costs, as indicated in the order form, will be charged to your current account only when the purchased products are actually shipped.

SHIPPING

The Seller uses an external shipping provider which is packlinkPRO, shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location and the service chosen by the customer.

You can select shipping services at checkout.

The terms and conditions of shipping are the same as those of PacklinckPRO and the selected courier.

Customs duties should not but may apply to non-EU customers.

RETURN POLICY

Our aim is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return the purchased products within fourteen (14) working days from the date you received them from rucoline.com. Returned items must be shipped to the Seller within fourteen (14) working days from the date the package is delivered to you. Products can be returned by sending the package via the shipping agent indicated by the Seller.

To request a return, contact us at customerservice@rucoline.com providing your name, order number and reason for return (within 14 working days of receiving the package).

There are no shipping charges for returns.

There may be customs duties for non-EU customers which are not included so will be deducted from your refund total.

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The right to return products will be considered correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:

-The products have not been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged;

-The identification label is still attached to the products with the disposable seal;

-The products are returned in their original packaging;

-Returned items must be shipped to the Seller within fourteen (14) business days from the date the package is delivered to you.

-All products sold by the Seller include an identification label with a disposable seal. Please try the products without removing the label and seal. Products returned without the label or seal will not be accepted.

REFUND TIMES AND PROCEDURES

After the Seller has received the returned products and verified that the products meet all requirements, you will receive an email that the returned products have been accepted. The time period for the refund of the amount you paid for the purchase of the returned products depends on the type of payment used:

-Purchase by Credit/Debit Card: Refund time will depend on the policies of the Credit Card company.

-Payment made by Cash on Delivery: you will be refunded the amount you paid for the returned products to the bank account you indicate in the return request.

Please note that you must have a bank account to receive a refund for cash on delivery orders.
