HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER WITH THE SELLER
To place an order to purchase one or more products on www.rucoline.com, you must complete the online order form and submit it electronically to the Seller, following the relevant instructions.
If you need a business invoice, you must place the order through your account and visit the order page after purchase, then select invoice request.
The order form contains a summary of these Terms of Sale and the Return Policy, information on the main characteristics of each product ordered and the corresponding unit price (including all applicable costs and taxes), the type of payment methods you may use to purchase each product, the shipping terms for the purchased products, shipping and delivery costs, and the Conditions for returning purchased products.
The order shall be deemed submitted when the Seller receives your order form electronically and the order information has been verified as correct.
Before submitting your order form for the purchase of products, you will be asked to carefully read the Return Policy, print a copy using the print option, and save or reproduce a copy for your personal use.
The order form will be stored in our database for the time necessary to process your order and as provided by law. You may access your order form by logging in and visiting the section called Orders in the My Account area.
After your order form has been submitted, the Seller will process your order.
The Seller may refuse to process purchases if there are not sufficient guarantees of solvency, when orders are incomplete or incorrect, or the products are no longer available. In these cases, we will inform you by email that the order has not been placed and that the Seller has not processed your purchase order, specifying the reasons for this. WARRANTIES AND PRODUCT PRICE INDICATION
www.rucoline.com offers only products under the "Rucoline" brand purchased directly by the Seller from Rucoline S.r.l. - with registered office in Mugnano (PG), Via Rapallo, 32 - 06132 Italy - and/or from their authorized manufacturers.
The Seller does not sell used, defective, or lower-quality products than the corresponding market standards.
The main characteristics of the products are shown on www.rucoline.com on each product page. The images and colors of the products offered for sale on www.rucoline.com may not exactly correspond to the actual products due to the internet browser or monitor used.
Prices are subject to change. Check the final selling price before submitting the relevant order form.
Orders received from countries other than those selected for shipping or to addresses to which the Seller cannot ship cannot be accepted.
If you exercise your right to return products, the Seller may refuse to accept products that are damaged, without the label, or that have been altered in their main characteristics or quality.
PAYMENT
Payment of product prices and the related shipping and delivery costs must be made using one of the procedures indicated in the order form.
If you choose to pay by credit card, all financial information (credit/debit card number, expiry date, etc.) is forwarded to an external payment service provider (Shopify Payments) which, with its encryption protocol, guarantees the security of online transactions. Your financial information will never be used by the Seller except to carry out the procedure related to your purchase or issue refunds in the case of returns in accordance with the exercise of your right of return or to report cases of fraud on www.rucoline.com to law enforcement authorities.

SHIPPING
The Seller uses an external shipping provider, packlinkPRO; shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location and the service chosen by the customer.
You can select shipping services at checkout.
The shipping terms and conditions are the same as those of PacklinckPRO and the selected carrier.
Customs duties applied to Extra-EU shipments are borne by the customer.
RETURN POLICY
Our aim is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return the purchased products within fourteen (14) working days from the date on which you received them from rucoline.com. Returned items must be shipped to the Seller within fourteen (14) working days from the date the package was delivered to you. Products may be returned by sending the package through the shipping agent indicated by the Seller.
To request a return, contact us at customerservice@rucoline.com providing your name, order number, and the reason for the return (within 14 working days of receiving the package).
There are no return shipping costs for returns from Italy.
For international customers, however, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
For Extra-EU customers, customs duties may apply; these are not included and will therefore be deducted from the total refund amount.
RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The right to return products will be deemed properly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:
-The products have not been used, worn, washed, modified, or damaged;
-The identification tag is still attached to the products with the disposable seal;
-The products are returned in their original packaging;
-Returned items must be shipped to the Seller within fourteen (14) working days from the date the package was delivered to you.
REFUND TIMING AND PROCEDURES
After the Seller has received the returned products and verified that the products meet all requirements, you will receive an email stating that the returned products have been accepted. The time period for the refund of the amount you paid for the purchase of the returned products depends on the type of payment used:
-Purchase by Credit/Debit Card: the refund time will depend on the Credit Card company's policies.
-Payment made by Cash on Delivery: the amount you paid for the returned products will be refunded to the bank account you indicate in the return request.
Please remember that it is necessary to have a bank account to receive a refund for cash on delivery orders.
